If you are not eligible for the free NHS flu jab, you can get the private flu jab at affordable prices at your local pharmacy.
Should You Get the Flu Vaccine?
Each year, flu leads to thousands of deaths across the UK. Because flu strains change annually, last year’s vaccine won’t protect you this year. Those most at risk of serious complications can receive a free NHS flu vaccination. However, flu can leave anyone feeling unwell for at least a week. Last year, community pharmacies across the UK administered over 1 million flu vaccinations. During your consultation, one of our pharmacists will assess whether the flu jab is right for you and answer any questions you may have about the vaccination.
Free NHS Flu Vaccinations
Flu can pose serious risks to certain groups, potentially leading to complications. The NHS offers free flu vaccinations to individuals in specific high-risk categories. During your consultation, our pharmacists will verify your eligibility for the free NHS vaccination. If you're not eligible, we also offer the private flu vaccination at a very affordable price at our pharmacy. Those eligible for the free flu jab include:
  • Pregnant women
  • People aged 65 and over
  • Individuals with certain underlying health conditions
Private Flu Vaccination (Age 18-65)
Protect yourself from the flu this autumn in just three simple steps. If you’re not eligible for the free NHS flu jab, don’t worry. You can still get vaccinated at your local pharmacy.
